Now approaching 10 years in business. Kaos Hair Group’s achievements, both past and present, put the salon at the fore of Irish Hairdressing.

Impressing the judges most this year was the new website, a glossy salon refurbishment that features a slick coffee and retail bar, and The Harmony Room, a purpose-built, mood-lit room combining reclining shiatsu massage chairs to enhance the salon’s service levels. Most notably, the salon’s marketing strategy has evolved dramatically over the last two years and continues to do so in line with the present economic climate.
Sponsorship of local events, discount cards for local business and mail-out promotions are just some of the astute business moves that have secured huge client numbers at Kaos Hair Group. Staff members are also taken care of admirably, with a commission system in place for stylists and incentives for sales.
